Fire Station Type I
Radio-Activated Fire Station Flasher
Choose either handheld radio transmitters for activation, wall-mounted unit for the fire station, or an optical detector. Confirmation lamp option. Lamp configurations available: 8-inch or 12-inch. Each unit contains control logic for timing.
All timing is set and monitored on an LCD screen in the logic device. Radio is a 27.255Mhz, license-free unit with a range of 0.5 mile on the handheld units, and a range of 5 miles on the wall-mount unit. Line-of-sight required for proper operation. All units include a self-test button so the system can be manually activated. |
Fire Station Type II
Optically-Activated Fire Station Flasher
Uses a Tomar Strobe Switch Optical Sensor. Can be configured as a 2-pole type system in which one unit is a master and the second is the slave with units linked together via radio. Confirmation lamp option available. Lamp configurations available: 8-inch or 12-inch. Can also be configured with dual-flashing reds, in addition to the flashing ambers.

Wall Mount Fire Station Control Unit
Designed to be mounted in the fire station's truck bay, the 80FSXTAC-1
includes a red mushroom button assembly for easy activation of the flashers
located on the roadway in front of the fire station. |
